| 1. | The Rank & J-Bar should be positioned 1 7/8” in from the end of the lapel |
| 2. | The Anchor/Rank should be positioned 1 1/2” above the bottom of the cover and it should also be positioned 2” out from the center. |
| 3. | The Service Stars/Name Plate should be positioned 1/4” above the top of the pocket. |
| 4. | NO SPECIAL AWARDS OR RIBBONS SHOULD BE WORN! |
| 5. | Shoes, brass, and other items should be properly polished and free of debris. |
