Adults who wish to participate can not pre-register. They will register at the public registration area on the day of the meet. Cost is $5 - $8 depending on the course done and whether or not they're members of Cascade O'Club.
after clicking above link, look for "Preliminary Results" then select the event and then select "Split Times" and the course you ran (normally course 3 or course 4)
