| 1. | The Rank & J-Bar should be positioned 1/2” up from the bottom of the lapel. |
| 2. | The Anchor/Rank should be positioned 1 1/2” above the bottom of the cover and it should also be positioned 2” out from the center. |
| 3. | The Ribbons, Service Stars, & Name Plate should be 1/4” above the top of the pocket. |
