| 1. | The J-Bar should be positioned 1 1/2" from the front edge of the collar and centered 1"down from the upper edge of the collar. |
| 2. | The Rank should be positioned 1" from the front edge and 1" below the upper edge of the collar. |
| 3. | The Anchor/Rank should be positioned 1 1/2” above the bottom of the cover and it should also be positioned 2” out from the center. |
| 4. | The Ribbons, Stars and Name Plate should be positioned 1/4” above the top of the pocket. |
| 5. | Females: The neck-tab should be positioned in the middle of the collar and centered equally. |

Males: The neck-tie should be tied correctly, centered on the collar, and should not come lower than the belt or belt buckle. |
